  • You will be charged from the time of connection to our Webster Telecom Instant Service.

  • Calls cost the 'per minute' service charge shown plus your phone company's access charge. Webster Telecom services are provided by WaveCrest (UK) Ltd.

All calls are billed at your telecom providers relevant 0905 call rates. To find out the cost of calling from a service provider other than BT, contact your service provider directly; remember your service provider may have a minimum call or connection charge for all calls.     Webster Telecom services are marketed by Webster Telecom (a division of Premium Web Brands) and are provided by WaveCrest (UK) Ltd. We would like to draw your attention to the following important information concerning our Text calling cart services;

  • You must have the bill payer'’s permission before using our service.

  • Texting WEBSTER to 80550 costs £5 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider.

  • Texting WEBSTER to 80041 costs £3 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider.

  • Our service can be used from the mobile number used for the subscription to our service or from another phone using the PIN provided when we confirm your call credit by return text.

  • Calls to our 0207 124 6666 access number will be charged by your service provider at their standard rate or included in your call package.

  • If you don't use our service to make a call or send a top up request within 90 days any unused Calling Credit will expire. To avoid this happening, ensure you make use of our service at least once every 90 days once you have purchased call time using a text message.
